I was recently accepted to Mensa, the high IQ society. Mensa accepts only the top 2% of tested IQ's so this is a big accomplishment for me.

I have not determined when and where I will make my return to the stage following my unfortunate auto accident just days out from the Sheru Classic in India in September of 2012. Check back soon for updates.

I was involved in a very serious auto accident yesterday but managed to walk away with only 2 broken bones and a concussion. I will attempt to step on stage in 11 days at the Sheru Classic in spite of these injuries.

Thank you to all of my friends, family and fans who have supported me in my journey towards becoming an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. I could not have won the Overall title at the 2011 National Bodybuilding Championships without the help of many - Hany Rambod, my ex-wife Shawna, my friend Paula Williams-Gulman, and CJ's Elite.
