Thank you to all of my friends, family and fans who have supported me in my journey towards becoming an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. I could not have won the Overall title at the 2011 National Bodybuilding Championships without the help of many - my trainer Hany Rambod, my wife Shawna, my friend Paula Williams-Gulman, and CJ's Elite.

I am just getting back into the gym after 5 weeks of recovery from a minor hernia surgery caused by my previous surgery in 2010. I have not determined when and where I will make my pro debut, but I plan to step on stage sometime in 2012.
